Duties and responsibilities:
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Managing all marketing activities within the marketing department.
Responsible for developing innovation objectives and strategies.
Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Participating in new product initiative based on market and consumer needs.
Involve in and excusing the company marketing budget.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Expand product solutions and offerings.
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Engage consumers on social media.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
Presenting the Marketing strategy to directors and sales at internal meetings and conferences.
Bachelor degree in business administration or Marketing /MBA height prefer.
5 years of experience in the same role with FMCG industry background.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident and dynamic personality.
